Periodical Inspection SRL´s, Rescue Devices, Descent devices, Tripods and Winches

According to the European Norms in force, all personal protective equipment (PPE) against falling from heights needs to be inspected at least once a year, after every incident or every time there is any doubt regarding the equipment’s integrity and functionality. These inspections can be carried out only by qualified personnel, which had been trained and certified by the manufacturer to perform inspections for the equipment.     

Our specialists are certified  ispectors of IKAR-Germany, PROTEKT-Poland and MARTIN PSA-Austria.They inspect and check daily many types of safety products and decide regarding their condition as fit for further use, the need for repairs or withdrawing from use. For each product a detailed inspection report is issued, in two copies, one will be sent to the client and the other will be kept in the archive of our laboratory.

At VERTIQUAL ENGINEERNG’s facility the following inspections/revisions can be performed, for PPE against falling from heights:

- Maintenance, inspections and repairs for cable type Self Retractable Lanyards (Manufacturers: IKAR, PROTEKT, MARTIN PSA)
- Maintenance, inspections and repairs for tripods and winches (Manufacturers: IKAR, PROTEKT, MARTIN PSA)
- Maintenance, inspections and repairs for rescue devices (Manufacturer: IKAR)
