Overhead anchor system (cable type)

The Primeline anchor system is designed for permanent installation on ceilings or metal structures and is always positioned over the user's head. The roller shuttle ensures a very easy running and can pass the intermediate anchor points automatically, without any user intervention. By attaching a self retractable lanyard to the shuttle, the system will provide effective protection with a minimum fall factor (the retractable device will arrest the fall instantly).

Cable: Ø10mm, AISI 316 stainless steel
Expected service life: 10 years
Inspections:at least once a year / immediately after the system has been involved in an incident

Note: These fall arrest systems are designed and configured to suit the needs for protection and to respect the spatial limitations existing at a particular workplace (the actual place of installation). Thus, prior to installation, it is necessary to do an on-site risk assessment and to carry out measurements.

Overhead anchor system (rail type)

The TRASER anchor system is designed for installation on platforms or metal structures above the user's head and provides protection against falling down for up to 3 persons at a time. The working rail is made of  zinc coated steel. The roller shuttle ensures a very smooth running over the entire length of the system. The system is ideal for use with retractable type fall arresters to provide effective protection with a minimum fall factor.

Certification: EN 795:2012 tip D  &  CEN/TS 16415:2013

Users: 1-3 persons
Rail: steel (hot dip galvanised)
Expected service life: 10 years
Inspections: at least once a year / immediately after the system has been involved in an incident
Rail configuration: 
- rail segments 6 m long
- curved segments for corners (90°)
